Jeffrey is Co-Founder and Principal at Lomas Regulatory & Quality Consulting, LLC and has more than 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and CMC development activities from Phase I through Commercialization. During his 25 years, he’s held increasing levels of responsibility, leading quality assurance teams at Johnson & Johnson, Gilead, Ignyta (Acquired by Genentech), BioAtla, and Erasca. He has extensive experience across multiple modalities including small molecules, large molecules, and antibody drug conjugates. He has supported or lead multiple partner audits, health authority inspections from the FDA, EMA, Japan, and other international agencies. He is recognized for his ability to align business objectives with a high standard of compliance, prioritizing patient safety, product quality, and data integrity while maintaining operational efficiency. Jeffrey is veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
